複雑なタンパク質の混合物から特異的な抗体やタグ融合タンパク質を用いて、選択的にターゲットタンパク質を分離する免疫沈降やPull-downが広く行われています。 Immuno-catch kitは、ビオチン化した一次抗体が認識する特異的なタンパク質を96-wellフォーマットで精製することができます。得られたタンパク質は、SDS-PAGE や質量分析に用いることができます。
キットには、専用Lysis Bufferを含むバッファー類、 96-well ストリップタイプのストレプトアビジンコートプレートが含まれています。
